This clause would be included in a Will or Revocable Living Trust, and can disinherit anyone who challenges or impairs a Will or RLT. It may be useful to allow a challenge if any significant changes are made to the Testators estate plan during a serious illness, while under medication, while senile, or while under any impairing disability or apparent fraud or false influence.
